Why didn't I receive my CashBack?Updated 3 months ago

CashBacks can be suspended for a number of reasons. Here are the most common ones: 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you have received a refund, the CashBack will automatically be suspended. If our system recognizes a full refund to your original order, we will suspend the CashBack and thus this additional credit won't be received.

Coupon Codes

If you check out with CashBack and a coupon code in your cart, our system will automatically suspend the CashBack so you can't receive two promotions on a single order. 

Gifts with Purchase

If you check out with CashBack and a free gift with purchase in your cart, our system will automatically suspend the CashBack so you can't receive two promotions on a single order. 

Non-USD Orders

Currently, we only support orders placed in USD. Since we can't issue CashBack on non-USD orders, these CashBacks will be suspended.
